Code of Conduct - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
We support ethical working practices, social justice and protection of environment as we care about our impact on the world. Our factories are required to take the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Code of Conduct into business operation and fulfill the obligations to society. A factory on-site audit conducted by the accredited third-party certification bodies is needed. Environmental protection and ethical business behavior are required to be compliant with the local law and CSR standards. Factory is necessary to get certified and prove its regulatory compliance, ensuring that workers receive fair remuneration, rights of freedom, health and safety, adequate compensations, appropriate working hours; no discrimination exists; no bonded labor & no child labor involved.
